2026 Lunch & Learn Series – AI in marketing and customer service
Mark your calendars for our 2026 Lunch & Learn sessions!!! Most sessions are presented in the Chamber Board room from 11:30am to 1:00pm, come for as long or as short amount of time as you have available. Lunch will be provided.
January 21 – Joan Kruzich with KBOCC will be presenting on the use of AI in the workplace.
- AI for Communication: Writing professional emails and responses quickly without compromising tone or accuracy.
- Document Comparison & Analysis: Using AI to identify changes, summarize differences, and maintain compliance.
- Operational Efficiency: Automating repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows for better productivity.
- Risk Management & Confidentiality: Best practices for protecting sensitive information when using AI tools, including understanding data privacy risks and safe usage guidelines.
February 18 – Dianne Koskinen will be teaching a class on how to make eye catching flyers for events
March 18 – Colleen Harris from Aura Homeopathy will be presenting on why self help is important in a workplace.
April 15 – Visit the Chamber Of Commerce booth at the KBOCC Job Fair
May 20 – Mary Myers with the Baraga Co. Economic Development Corp.
