About the Going PRO Talent Fund
The Going PRO Talent Fund provides awards to employers to support training, development, and retention of current and newly hired employees.
✔ Training must be short-term
✔ Address a demonstrated talent need
✔ Lead to an industry-recognized, transferable credential
Required Documents (Needed Before Starting the Online Application)

1. FY26 Training Plan
Includes:
- Application Median & Average Wage tab
- Employer Contributions tab
2. FY26 Classroom Training Fact Finding Form
- Required for all classroom trainings
- Training must be approved before submitting your application
3. FY26 Attestation Form
