2024 Lunch & Learn Series

Mark your calendars for our 2024 Lunch & Learn sessions!!!  All sessions are presented in the Chamber Board room from 11:30am to 1:00pm, come for as long or as short amount of time as you have available.  Lunch will be provided.

April 17 – Copper Country Mental Health – will be discussing available services in the area such as: outpatient psychiatry, therapy, case management, peer support, ABA, community living supports, and job skill training. We will also be discussing how for many years individuals had to go through an outside agency ‘access center’ to see if they were eligible for our services. As of January 2024, this changed and CCMH is now their own access center.  Due to this change, we will be discussing the new process on how community members can see if they are eligible for our services.  Also available will be a copy of our Agency Annual Report and Consumer Satisfaction Survey Report for anyone that would like to review &/or discuss them.

May 15 – Baraga County Shelter Home – they will be discussing what help is available in the area for families dealing with domestic abuse
