The Baraga County Historical Museum is operated by the Baraga County Historical Society and is dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of the region. Located along the shoreline of Keweenaw Bay, the museum features exhibits that highlight the people, industries, and events that shaped Baraga County.
Originally built by the local community, the museum is now undergoing a major expansion that will more than triple its size and transform it into a destination for visitors and researchers alike.
